How do I contact the guard?

The guard house phone number is 210-687-0276. In the event that you cannot reach the guard, try again a again at a later time, or use the alternative means detailed below. Call 911 in any emergency.

We utilize Gate Sentry for managing resident visitors.

What company is the administrative manager for Champions Ridge?

The company managing the assets of the Champions Ridge Homeowners Association is Diamond Association Management. The responsibilities of Diamond Association Management are to represent the HOA in providing for the physical maintenance and operation of the common facilities as well as administer the services of all contractors providing services to the HOA.

Additional responsibilities include collecting assessments, making disbursements, establishing a budget, keeping financial records and maintaining all administrative records of the HOA. Diamond also has other responsibilities, at the direction of the Board, such as assisting in architectural control.

When is the trash/recycling picked up? Can I leave items on the curb? (Updated)
Champions Ridge has trash services on Tuesdays and Fridays
- Tuesday service is Trash Only.
- Friday Service is Recycling and Trash.
Homeowners pay for this service directly to Republic.

For trash pickup, you must use a trash cart. If you do not put out a trash cart, no bags will be picked up. WHY? The trash service is operated by a single driver (no team or crew) operating an automated side-loading trash pickup vehicle that only accepts carts.

For regular trash only, you may place up to, but no more than, two bags, up to 35lbs each, outside your trash cart. The driver must empty the cart, then get out of the truck, put the bags into the cart and empty the cart again.

The recycle truck is operated by a different driver. The driver is not contracted to pick up recycle materials placed on the curb.

You may purchase larger carts or multiple carts from Republic.

Republic Services picks up recyclable refuse on Fridays only.

The service is operated by a single driver in an automated trash truck. The driver does not put items in the truck by hand and so all items must be placed in the recycling cart to be removed. No items placed on the curb will be picked up.
