Champions Ridge Homeowners Association
We welcome you to our neighborhood, which is one of many in the planned community of Stone Oak. The Champions Ridge Homeowners Association is a non‘profit organization.  The HOA owns and maintains the common properties and facilities which include our guard house, streets, the tennis court, sport court, pavilion,  landscaped common areas throughout the community and our 31 acre Nature Preserve.   We have 148 Estate and 62 Villas home sites.  There are build sites available in the Estates.
 
Residents are invited to create a profile on this website to have access to neighborhood communication and documents.  The board of directors will utilize this site to keep you informed of important news about our neighborhood.
 
Every homeowner is an automatic member of the Champions Ridge Homeowners Association and the Stone Oak Property Owners Association.  Stone Oak provides the maintenance of common grounds throughout all of Stone Oak including landscaping, irrigation, monuments, etc.
 
Champions Ridge Guard Facility
The guard house is manned 24 hours, daily.  The officers utilize Gate Sentry to manage residents visitors. The guard may also be called at 210-687-0276, please have your personal security code, created in your profile, available.
 
Residents are invited to purchase a remote from the management company and utilize the right lane for access to Champions Ridge.
 
Champions Ridge Directory:
Your registration on this website automatically registered your name into our directory. You can control the extent of the information that is visible to residents.  The purpose of the directory is to provide a simple, restricted for use only by our property owners, listing of neighborhood residents with contact information.  The Residents Directory tab links you to the information.  
 
Champions Ridge Email Distribution List:
Your registration on this website automatically registered your email into our email distribution.  The purpose is to keep all of our residents informed about activities affecting our neighborhood. 
 
Board of Directors Meetings:
The Board of Directors will meet as required to address HOA matters.  All homeowners are welcome to attend.
 
Building & Improvements Approval:
All improvement requests need to be submitted to the ARC.  Further information is available under the "Architectural Review Committee (ARC)" tab.

No Sidewalks:
Please note that there are no sidewalks within Champions Ridge.  Accordingly, the streets often have neighbors casually walking in the street and enjoying our neighborhood.  The Board of Directors requests your careful attention while driving on our streets. 
 
Speed Limits:
The speed limit on all streets is 25 mph and please use caution around islands.  For the safety of everyone drive within this limit. On average it will take a car 56 feet to stop at that speed.
 
Covenants:
Covenants and Bylaws are available on the website under the "Homeowners" tab by selecting "Documents." Please read the Covenants Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) document you received with the purchase of your home. It contains important detailed information on the community.

The Preserve:
Champions Ridge owns 30 acres of surrounding woodland which is protected from development through an easement held by the Texas Land Conservancy.  The land is jointly managed as a natural habitat, so there are no improvements or maintained trails.  No wheeled vehicles, hunting, clearing ground or building fires is permitted, but residents are permitted to hike the land.
